Tue, 19 May 2009 This week we'll be tasting a 2007 red ... that beats out it's 2005 predecessor ... and in my opinion that was hard to do, cause the 2005 Elevation red was quite good and still stands the test of time ... but the 2007 might do even better (time will tell) but the smart money is on 10-years easy. Tue, 5 May 2009 This week's note features a wine that some might consider a little pricey ... I am one of those people ... but sometimes you have to pay a pretty penny for a wine of this caliber. Considering that 2006 was not a great year for ageable reds this one stands out in the crowd. In ten years you'll think "I only paid thirty-five bucks for this beauty, what a steal."
