Tue, 7 July 2009 I just spent the last 5 days up north, Pine Island near North Bay to be exact, and I had to keep asking myself "Where is Summer?" We had one day with about 3 hours in the 20's (that's about 70 for all my American readers) the rest was cool and breezy - which means no bugs, but very little sunshine. Had I had a bottle of this with me I would have been able to open summer with the simple pop of a cork. Mon, 9 February 2009 We seem to be in the midst of our Janauary thaw ... in February. So with that in mind I put on theoretical shorts and a t-shirt and trek out to the patio, where my friends have congregated, glasses in hand, waiting for me to pour some liquid sunshine. But keeping in mind there will still be a blast of winter to come we can't go full fledge white again, so here is a nice light red that should please everyone.
