Vineland Estates 2007 Elevation Cabernet - $25.00

This week we'll be tasting a 2007 red ... that beats out it's 2005 predecessor ... and in my opinion that was hard to do, cause the 2005 Elevation red was quite good and still stands the test of time ... but the 2007 might do even better (time will tell) but the smart money is on 10-years easy.
