Tawse 2006 Echos Bistro White - $22.00

Today's wine is a winter white ... a Chardonnay with all the smells and tastes you'll want, and need, to gather around the fire and warm up on a cold snowy night.  Of course I still suggest serving it cold but  it should warm your cockles just right.
